Self-leadership
Self-leadership is the ability to do the right thing. Because decisions are influenced by patterns, conditioning, environment, emotions, and the unconscious, tools help you handle challenges more effectively.

Ronny Hollenstein has been a trainer and coach for 30 years in the areas of self-leadership, leadership, and communication. Trained by renowned figures such as Vera F. Birkenbihl, Shirzad Shamim, Maja Storch, and others, he has devoted himself to helping people find their path and walk it authentically. His clients include individuals from top politics, business, and the public sector. Originally from Vorarlberg and living in Vienna, he has held numerous political roles and knows the challenge of conveying complex matters simply and clearly. Since most outcomes in organizations are produced through communication, optimizing it is his priority. This reduces transaction costs caused by misunderstandings, circular repetitions, pointless debates about the unchangeable, and poorly managed conflicts.

For over 25 years, Stefan Reichel has supported people from all professions and backgrounds. As a teaching therapist and consultant, he primarily supports high-potential individuals in their personal development and organizations in HR, selection, and development. After a journey through different cultures, philosophies, and worldviews, he settled with his family in his hometown of Vienna, where he runs his own practice and an organization for personnel diagnostics. He enjoys combining his love of profiling with the Integrative Therapy and Counseling approach of H. Petzold. Leaders and those who aspire to leadership can, through his guidance, discover sustainable ways of self- and organizational steering by integrating the different systems in which they live, and develop their individual competence profile.
