AI Potential Analysis

The AI potential analysis for your team

A psychological assessment with scientifically validated instruments. Whether someone becomes productive with AI is measurable: learning speed, critical checking, openness to new tools. You see where this potential lies in your team and where development pays off.

The Problem

A lot of money in AI, little measurable return

Most companies are investing in AI right now: licenses, tools, first trainings. In many cases the measurable return fails to appear. The reason lies less often in the technology than it seems.

The return is not created by the tool but by the people who use it. The best AI gains you nothing if your people do not use it.
The Data

The market already prices AI competence

The PwC AI Jobs Barometer 2025 analysed around one billion job postings from 24 countries. The result supports this thesis: the return emerges where people use AI productively. PwC Austria CEO Rudolf Krickl: AI makes work “more valuable, more efficient and better paid”.

x 4

Productivity

In industries with high AI exposure, productivity growth has almost quadrupled since 2018: from 7 to 27 percent. In the remaining industries it stagnates.

x 3

Revenue per employee

AI-exposed industries grow their revenue per employee three times as fast as industries with little AI exposure.

+ 56 %

Salary

Buying AI skills on the market costs 56 percent more in salary on average. Developing your own people is cheaper, if you know where it pays off.

The Approach

Cebras measures the factor that decides success

Others work on use cases, data and technology. We start where the return is decided: with your employees' potential and disposition to actually apply AI.

See clearly

You see where your capable minds sit and where they are missing. Not as a gut feeling but as a finding. That makes the money you already spend on tools, trainings and consulting more targeted.

Develop deliberately

Those who bring high potential receive development that pays off. Training and upskilling start where they have the greatest effect.

Recruit deliberately

If a profile is missing in your team, you recognise it early and look for it specifically in recruiting.

The Measurement

What the analysis makes visible

The basis are scientifically validated psychological assessments, in international use for decades: for cognitive capability, personality traits and working style. We interpret the results for one concrete question: how does productive use of AI succeed in your team? An example: someone who picks up new things quickly and checks AI results critically turns a tool into a productivity gain. Someone who adopts results unchecked produces mistakes faster. These are exactly the traits the assessments make visible.

Potential

How fast is new material learned, how critically are AI results checked instead of adopted unchecked? Potential shows where development pays off most.

Disposition

How openly does someone approach new tools, how confidently do they handle constant change? Disposition shows how adoption and everyday use succeed.

Four-field profile

Each person receives a qualitative profile of prerequisites, facilitating traits and working style. No field is better than another: each has its own development path. The analysis is a development tool, not a selection instrument.

Anonymised team map

From 10 people upwards, an anonymised team-level view emerges. You see the distribution in your team without individual persons being rated or singled out.

Participation is voluntary, individual results go to the person themselves. Personnel decisions are not automated on the basis of the profiles.

The Process

Four steps to the results meeting

1. Intro call

30 minutes. You describe your situation, together we clarify whether the analysis fits your team.

2. Assessment

Your team completes the assessments online, flexibly within the working day.

3. Evaluation

Each person receives their individual profile. For you, the anonymised team map is created.

4. Results meeting

We walk through the team map together: where potential lies, where development pays off and what to look for in recruiting.
